Find your future with us.The Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Supplier Program Manager (Level 3 & 4) to join our Customer Support team.In this role the selected candidate will take on complex supplier challenges providing solutions that enable our organization to support our increasing customer needs. Candidates should have experience working through projects of high complexity like supplier recoveries, supplier stand ups, and dual sourcing efforts to name a few. The team supports Commercial Spares and therefore experiences challenges consistent with supporting aftermarket activity. Maintaining a high degree of organization, vast technical knowledge, sense of urgency, and passionate about supporting customers will make a candidate successful in this position.Position ResponsibilitiesDuties will include (but are not limited to):

Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets

Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases

Conducts supplier assessments. Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans

Provides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities

Effectively manage several complex projects in a face paced environment (e.g. supplier recoveries, supplier stand ups)

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options at minimum 3 days per week, typically Tu-Th. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the futureThe position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience ):

3+ years of experience managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects

3+ years of experience negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance

3+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers

3+ years of experience performing in a supplier management, procurement, strategy, program management, business operations, and/or change management role

Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ):

5 + years of experience managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects

5 + years of experience negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance

5 + years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers

5 + years of experience performing in a supplier management, procurement, strategy, program management, business operations, and/or change management role

Bachelors or higher in a related field

PMP Certification

Typical Education & Experience (Experienced) :Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).Typical Education & Experience (Lead) :Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)Relocation :Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
