About the Job:

We’re hiring experienced Missile Crew Technicians to join our team. This is tough, hands‑on work where you’ll be part of a crew responsible for trenching and directional drilling with boring tools to support underground utility and defense projects.

Responsibilities:

- Dig trenches safely and efficiently for missile system infrastructure

- Operate boring tools and perform directional drilling for underground installations

- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment used in trenching and drilling operations

- Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule

- Follow all safety protocols and site procedures

Requirements:

- Experience in trenching, boring tools, or missile crew operations

- Ability to work outdoors in demanding conditions

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Must be reliable and safety‑conscious

- Valid driver’s license required; CDL or DOT qualifications a plus
