Experienced mow crew leader needed

Growing company hiring for lawn help. Need a strong crew leader that has experience. Pay is 18-21 per hour DOE. Position will transfer to doing weed control and fertilization apps in the winter, so is year round. MUST have reliable transportation to and from shop in Leander, and clean driving record. 40+ hours per week.

Honesty and eye for detail are the biggest factors in this position.

My company is growing quickly, and I’m looking for one or two people that want to grow with it. If you have a good deal of knowledge of best cultural practices in turf care, knowledge of pests/weeds, and how to treat them, you’re in the front of the line. Looking for someone that wants to make a career of this.
