Experienced - part time Porter

Cobalt Real Estate Services is a Commercial real Estate maintenance company.

we are looking for an EXPERIENCED porter to clean our retail shopping centers in Hutto, Round Rock, Cedar Park and Austin.

The qualified candidate must have a dependable Pick-up Truck, valid drivers license, with proof of auto insurance. and social security card.

You will be required to drive to each property in your own vehicle and have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time in all weather.

Cobalt will provide equipment, supplies and fuel reimbursement. ONLT EPERIENCED and QUALIFIED apply.
