Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS ) has an exciting opportunity for an Experience or Senior Procurement Analyst (Level 4 / 5) to join our dynamic Supplier Management Risk Management and Internal Governance team in Dallas, TX or Seattle, WA.This is a motivated team that works together to solve complicated supply chain problems and enables process compliance within BGS Supply Chain. You will contribute as a team member alongside subject matter experts in the field of supply chain, process development and auditing. This position requires someone who is process oriented and can audit the entire BGS Supply Chain organization.Position Responsibilities:
Design and build BGS Supplier Management’s Internal Auditing function.
Develop and execute internal audits.
Conducts risk, issues, and opportunities management.
Develops risk mitigation plans, including recommendations on process improvements.
Coordinates with BGS Commercial and BGS Defense on auditing plans.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future .The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience as a Procurement Agent
5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
5+ years of experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results
5+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development
5+ years teaching/mentoring others
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience as a Procurement Agent
10+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
10+ years of experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results
10+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development
10+ years teaching/mentoring others
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, or a related field.
Experience in performing audits.
Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery.
