FHA Preservation Contractor needed (I'm not a Foreign Regional)

Any experienced FHA Preservation crews needing work in Houston Metro?

I am not a regional and I will personally be your contact when needed. Been in property preservation business 17 years covering Texas. Rarely onboard new contractors because we have no turnover and I dont expand into new areas unless clients specifically request me to. My primary client is requesting that I expand in Harris County.

If I can find contractors that are a good fit, I will open up the area immediately. I am really laid back and easy to work with and my top priority is and always will be our contractors. I will get you consistent work orders and bid approvals, be here for you 24/7 if you need me and I'll pay you on time, every time. You must keep work orders on time, completed properly per instruction and get me the photos we have to have. Its that simple.

We use PPW and my internal team does all processing and bids so you dont have to.

Must have FHA experience and know full photo requirements with convey damages clear.
