Must Have:

1+ years of experience as a Field Engineer
Skilled in Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 7-10), ticketing, and COMTIA A+
Proven experience in Microsoft Office Applications, problem-solving, Microsoft MCP Server 2012, and COMTTIA Network+

Nice to Have:

High School Diploma or equivalent qualifications
