Field Installer Trainee – Travel, Full Time (Dallas)

We are hiring a Field Installer Trainee for our Dallas-based crew.

This is full-time, hands-on field work installing specialty materials for shielded rooms across the U.S.

We train you on everything – you bring good attitude, work ethic, and basic construction/mechanical skills.

About the job:

Full-time, year-round work

All travel expenses paid (flights, hotels, transportation) + per diem

Install metal panels, copper systems, and shop-fabricated components

Work with hand/power tools

Follow layout drawings and instructions

Overtime available

Paid training and growth path

Requirements:

Basic carpentry or mechanical experience

Can read a tape accurately

Good with drills, saws, and measuring tools

Reliable and no drama

Valid ID and able to travel

Physically able to work in the field

Valid drivers license

Can pass a drug test

Pay: Based on skill and attitude. Raises as you learn.
