Roles and Responsibilities:Work primarily as a Financial Analyst who focuses on finance-related operations and financial analysis for R&D CenterSupport the organization's annual budget plan, monthly forecasting, and monthly financial closing and directly report to the finance manager Analyze for & maintain labor expenses including salaries, bonuses, welfare, education, and travel expenses Analyze for & maintain R&D expenses including licenses, IT hardware & software expenses Analyze for & maintain other operating expenses including the contractor, facility, and managerial expenses Coordinate with internal teams on regular basis for expenses analysis Respond to ad-hoc financial reporting requests from internal and external parties in a time-sensitive environmentSkills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting - 15 year’s experience as a Financial Analyst Strong analytical and research skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Highly Advanced Excel skills required Effective communication skills Bilingual in Korean a plus Experience in corporate-level ERP and database management Experience of various ad hoc reports
