Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the Non-Profit industry located in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves processing various financial tasks, maintaining financial reports and handling budgeting and forecasting tasks. Responsibilities: Preparing and interpreting financial reports in an accurate manner Handling accruals and ensuring their accuracy Conducting month-end closure activities effectively Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks Performing reconciliations regularly Preparing journal entries as per the requirements Forecasting and budgeting to ensure financial stability Handling 1099s and 1096 forms Using accounting software systems to streamline processes Implementing capital management strategies effectively. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for accurate financial data management. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services to streamline payroll and HR processes. Experience with CRM systems to manage donor relationships and fundraising efforts. Ability to utilize Crystal Reports for custom financial reporting and analysis. Knowledgeable in Data Mining Techniques for extracting meaningful insights from large sets of raw data. Understanding of Accounting Functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax preparation. Experience in Accrual Accounting for recording revenues and expenses when they are incurred, regardless of when cash is exchanged. Skills in Auditing to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and to detect and prevent fraud. Mastery of Budget Processes to plan for the organization's financial future. Knowledge in Capital Management to optimize the organization's liquidity and making sound investments.
