Description We are seeking a Financial Analyst/Manager in the Manufacturing industry based in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities related to financial budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses, performance analyses and coordination of data collection to support corporate financial systems. Responsibilities: Implement financial and performance measurement systems in alignment with organizational needs and policies. Initiate and coordinate efforts to capitalize on opportunities. Direct and coordinate appropriate financial monitoring, reporting, and analysis to provide accurate reflection of performance. Manage the input, output, integration, and coordination of all information systems related to financial monitoring, reporting, and analysis. Provide support to the Sales Channels and Corporate Accounting in relation to financial monitoring, measurement, reporting, analysis, and projection. Ensure the accuracy of profitability database and timely reporting of results. Handle annual budgeting and forecasting efforts, including consolidation and reporting of results. Prepare financial budget and re-forecasts for the Channels based on input and assumptions provided by the Channel Managers. Assist in the development of business cases for key channel projects. Participate in key decision-making processes within all channels. Provide testing assistance for BI and BPC related projects as needed. Support additional Corporate Accounting initiatives. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst or financial manager role within the manufacturing industry Proficiency in using ERP Software Systems Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and accounting functions Proven experience in creating and managing annual budgets Familiarity with auditing and budget processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
