Description International FP& A Manager Opportunity! Robert Half is seeking a FP& A Manager for our well-respected client! The FP& A Manager must have deep analytical capabilities, strong verbal and writing skills, and the ability to multitask and work under multiple tight deadlines at once. Work in cross-functional development teams to address strategic issues
Provide financial analysis support for the corporate budgeting and forecasting processes
Perform financial analysis and valuation related to mergers and acquisitions
Prepare data mining tools and financial models for variance analysis
Manage all aspects of staff, including recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and retaining employees
Support financial deliverables to the executive team
Test budget and fiscal assumptions in the creation of operating plans
Support regulatory filings
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the financial planning team
Lead the development of short- and long-term financial forecasts and financial analysis
Provide key financial analysis to enable both day-to-day and strategic decisions
Inform strategic and day-to-day decisions by analyzing financials
Develop operating budget and forecasts by estimating the costs and benefits of operating plans during the annual budget development cycle
Requirements
This job can be yours if you have:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, and English is required
5+ years of experience in FP& A is required
2+ years of FP& A supervisory/leadership experience
High business acumen
Excellent quantitative and qualitative abilities
Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction
Advanced knowledge of computer software, including writing macros in Excel, Access, financial Modeling and other accounting packages
Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
