OverviewThe Financial Reporting Manager along with the Director, Financial Reporting leads the company’s external and internal reporting results in line with general accepted accounting principles. This role is primarily responsible for the consolidation of Topgolf’s global results in over 5 countries. Critical to succeed in this position is the ability to display a high level of problem solving, prioritization, sense of urgency, quick turnaround, adaptability, and the ability to support diverse projects/problems.Responsibilities

Consolidation and reviews monthly and quarterly

Responding to requests from ELY and internal TG

Assisting with preparing financial statements and footnotes

Computing same venue sales

Systems leadership for financial reporting using Anaplan

Continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, required

CPA, required

3+ years public accounting experience, required

2+ years solid understanding of revenue recognition and other technical pronouncements

3+ years understanding of Inventory, including research of any variances with Procurement Department, warehouses and BU owners

3+ years managing people

6+ years strong communication and interpersonal skills, displaying the ability to connect and build relationships with colleagues

4+ yeas strong organizational and time management skills

Intermediate/Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Access

Ability to work and research/resolve issues independently while sharing best practices and knowledge with colleagues

Ability to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business questions and needs

Experience using Report Hub, Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Anaplan a plus

Team player with desire to be part of a fun and rapidly growing concept

Flexibility to work on a variety of assignments, projects, or roles

Ability to learn quickly; make an immediate impact, and provide value-added service
