Flatbed Driver (Seguin)

I am looking for a business minded individual with excellent customer service to join my team as my longest term driver has decided to retire. I am a small trucking company that is growing and stay’s very busy. Work is Monday thru Friday home most nights. A Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required, along with a clean driving record and a minimum of two years verifiable experience driving a Tractor Trailer. All workdays will start in Seguin so the closer you live to there the better. We do a lot of deliveries in rural ranch areas with very tight roads and entrances which is where your experience will come in handy

-CLASS A CDL is REQUIRED

-MUST be able to operate a MANUAL Transmission. (10 Speed)

-Paid training.

-Weekly pay by direct deposit.

-Driver pay is 30% to start then 35% after 6 months.

-Monday through Friday, home most nights.

-Flat Bed experience is required.

-2 years recent, verifiable driving experience.

-Non-Smoker is a must. (Vaping is fine)

-This is a 1099 position

-Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. (Not often)

-Must be able to tarp loads in the event it is required. (Rarely needed)

-Must be able to manage yourself and problem solve as I am not a micromanager and prefer to leave you alone to do your job. (I am always available if needed)
