Floater Dispatcher

Pacesetter Personnel Services is seeking a Floating Staffing Dispatcher for the DFW area.

We are currently in need of an Labor Hall Dispatcher for busy temporary staffing agency. Seeking full time employee that is self motivated and goal oriented. This is a BUSY office

Monday- Friday 4:30am- finish

Pay: $15hr WEEKLY PAY!

Responsibilities and Duties:

Identify qualified ready to work staff Hand out work assignments.

Log out gear for the job and clearly communicate job expectations.

End of day ticket pay out.

Coordinate with van drivers to schedule job site staff drop off and pick up.

Clean lobby area and bathrooms.

Maintain inventory of supplies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be able to travel from Plano, Garland, Fort Worth and Irving when needed

Must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.

Must be able to take charge and handle disruptive workers and diffuse conflict situations.

Must be able to work with a very diverse and low income population.

Must be trustworthy

Must be comfortable on computers (We will train you in our software)

Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes alternating evenings and weekends.

Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations Strong written and oral communication skills are essential Committed to quality, safety and communication
