Scott’s Flowers is a vibrant and customer-focused floral boutique known for stunning arrangements and exceptional service. We’re looking for a talented Florist to join our team and help bring our customers’ visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions (weddings, funerals, corporate events, etc.)

Provide excellent customer service, guiding clients in selecting the perfect flowers

Ensure proper care, handling, and display of all floral products

Help keep the workspace and storefront clean, organized, and visually appealing

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Florist or in a related floral design role

Strong knowledge of flower varieties, seasonal availability, and care techniques

Attention to detail and an eye for color, composition, and design

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

A positive attitude and works well with others

Excellent communication and customer service skills

We are looking for a team oriented person, who can lead by example.

Compensation:

Pay TBD based on skill level, experience and availability.
