At Bell, we are proud to be an iconic company with superb talent, rapidly creating novel and coveted vertical lift experiences.Bell is seeking a FLRAA Mission Systems Avionics Project Manager at our facility located in our Fort Worth, Texas location.The Project Manager is responsible for, coordination with cyber security, Architecture and Core Avionics IPTs, systems engineering, supply chain, finance, build & test teams. The PM will also be responsible for the customer to support execution of program cost, schedule, and performance objectives for the common services subsystems.
Build a plan that spans multiple organizations and suppliers that is EV compliant.
Manage and coordinate risks to schedule or cost at a program level.
Support development and coordination of supplier scope across multiple IPTs.
Assist in the management of the program product lifecycle management tool for the program.
Track and capture design decision notices, impacts, and design changes as they occur throughout the program.
QualificationsEducation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years project management experience in the aerospace and aviation industry.
Experience with program or product development to include:
Cost & Schedule Analysis
Configuration Management
Requirements Management
Test Plan Development
Integrated Master Schedule development
Supplier Management
Perform Risk Issues & Opportunities development and track with program management.
Must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, as well as horizontal integrations across the other teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
