Forensic Analyst W PRESENTATION EXPERIENCE

Forensic Legal Accountant w real estate experience

Must be able to testify in court as to work performed in a divorce case involving real estate and legal entities, asset division, separate and community property segregation. Most of the QuickBooks transactions have been traced, calculated and summarized; needs to be proven with supporting documentation and assumptions.

Must be able to review review credit card, and bank statements, investments, stocks, and other important documents and maintain detailed workpapers/records that reflect assumptions, information sources, methodologies and procedures underlying all analytical tasks.

Must be able to apply critical thinking, financial, analytical skills and show detailed analysis of transactional data, underlying books and records and financial statements.

Most of the detailed tracing is complete. Need review experience here. You will have staff to support your needs to create presentations and for presentation technology in court. We have IT techs and accountants to support your work.

Must have educational credentials for court testimony.

Possibility of other projects provided by law firm.

Part time evenings and weekends.

Must have previous presentation and some court experience. Must be a SKILLED COMMUNICATOR AND PRESENTER IN COURT.
