Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Real Estate - Developers industry, located in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for administrative tasks including scanning documents, managing calls, interacting with tenants, and maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems. You will also be handling data entry tasks and managing emails.Responsibilities: Scanning and organizing documents as needed Answering and screening calls, providing appropriate information or redirecting inquiries as necessary Regularly communicating with tenants, addressing their concerns and queries Managing both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately filed and easily accessible Undertaking any necessary tasks to support smooth office operations Demonstrating professionalism in both written and verbal communication Exhibiting a willingness to tackle any task required, demonstrating adaptability Displaying a detail-oriented approach to all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness Using basic Excel for data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records Managing emails, sorting and responding to messages as appropriate Utilizing MS Office for various administrative tasks.Requirements Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong administrative skills including record keeping and schedule management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in an administrative role within the Real Estate industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent education level Basic understanding of Real Estate terminology and practices Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed Familiarity with Real Estate software or CRM systems is a plus.
