Title: Developer/Programmer Analyst - 54222ITSAC3Location: Austin, TXDuration:4+ MonthsDESCRIPTION: Requires the services of one Developer/Programmer Analyst, hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of Developer/Programmer Analyst 2, and the specifications outlined in this solicitation.CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Requirements:Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.Years Required/Preferred Experience5 Required Experience producing responsive, cross-browser compatible, standards-compliant websites, services and applications utilizing HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, jQuery, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and content management systems (CMS)4 Required Intermediate administration of Windows or Linux web services or containerized environments including Internet .Services (IIS)/SQL Server/.NET Framework, Apache, or Nginx3 Required Experience in user experience (UX) front-end development including prototyping, wireframes and information architecture.3 Required Experience integrating complex REST APIs for client-side connectivity.3 Required Experience utilizing Bootstrap and/or Angular, CSS and HTML5 to build responsive and engaging experiences with future ready web technologies.3 Required Technical requirements gathering and documentation experience.3 Required Experience with issue tracking systems, SCRUM/Agile project management, planning and timeline estimation.3 Required Experience utilizing GIT source version control systems.3 Required Intermediate proficiency with the Adobe’s Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.3 Required Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.1 Required Experience deploying web sites to cloud hosted platforms (e.g. Azure, Amazon, Rackspace).1 Preferred 1. Designs, builds, and maintains various agency external and internal websites using technologies such as HTML, XML, CSS, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, Angular and 3rd Party APIs1 Preferred 2. Consistently produces high-quality, scalable, and reusable code compliant with industry best practices1 Preferred 3. Works with backend developers to integrate user interface (UI) components with custom APIs and databases1 Preferred 4. Automates technology infrastructure deployments utilizing various scripting languages/technologies (e.g., C# and Python), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) provider technologies and platform-specific APIs (e.g., Amazon’s S3, Microsoft’s Azure Storage1 Preferred 5. Scopes and plans projects utilizing the Agile methodology and practices (Kanban or Scrum)1 Preferred 6. Creates and maintains technical documentation of custom software projects, automated processes, and configuration standards1 Preferred 7. Gathers and documents business requirements by meeting with information technology team members as well as stakeholders1 Preferred 8. Routinely converts business requirements and user stories into technical and functional specifications1 Preferred 9. Multi-tasks in an agile, changing operating environment while providing timely project/task updates1 Preferred 10.
