Description Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all aspects of our accounting function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.Requirements Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and payroll.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Prepare budgets and forecasts, and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.

Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Maintain and update accounting records and files.

Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Prepare and file tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Assist with special accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a full charge capacity.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

CPA certification is a plus.
