Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Dallas, Texas. This role is pivotal to our operations, involving a range of tasks within a dynamic business environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing accounts, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.Responsibilities Handle the administration of accounts using Quick Books Enterprise Oversee and ensure the timely payment of monthly bills Conduct job costing for construction projects Collaborate with our PEO for payroll and HR management Oversee and ensure 401K compliance within the organization Aid in the generation of monthly financial reports Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data Handle all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Develop and manage the annual budget Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability Oversee month-end close processes Prepare comprehensive financial statements. Requirements Applicant must hold a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Comprehensive knowledge of all accounting functions is required. Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential. Ability to develop and manage an annual budget is a key requirement. Expertise in Cash Flow Analysis is necessary. Job Cost skills are crucial for this position. Familiarity with HVAC industry is highly preferred. Applicant should be adept at conducting Month End Close. Capability to prepare financial statements is a must.
