We’re looking for an honest, reliable, organized and thorough make-ready technician to join our maintenance team. The qualified candidate will assist in making sure that all vacant mobile homes are restored to market-ready status. Must be a self-starter, able to complete tasks without supervision. Responsibilities will include painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical. Must have reliable transportation and have a valid driver's license.
