We’re looking for a honest, reliable, organized, and thorough make-ready technician to join our maintenance team. The qualified candidate will assist in making sure that all vacant mobile homes are restored to market-ready status. Applicant must be motivated and able to complete tasks without supervision. Responsibilities will include painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Applicant must have reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license.
