Requirements:· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Program Management/Delivery Management role in Software projects.· Hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum management, and delivering large scale software projects with Multiple Scrum Teams/Product Owners & Scrum Masters in an Onshore-Offshore model.· Good to have : Telecom project and/or other large-scale Java based project experience is an advantage.· Customer facing, Report creation & Presentation skills required. Experience in using Jira, Confluence and leadership level report creations.· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior management level (Senior Manager, Director).· Continuous monitoring of KPIs, SLAs, management & resolution of escalations with customers and internal teams.· Experience in managing project budgets/cost and LOE (Level Of Effort) with Deliverables/Story Points with the team.· Good to have Certifications: PMP, CSM and/or CSPO.· Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or a Higher Education is a IT related field
