Position: Business Functional Analyst / Software Engineer Location: Austin, TX Duration: Long Term Contract Additional Comments: Key Qualifications Experience/exposure to business requirements analysis Experience with business and engineering collaboration Knowledge of software development methodologies (including agile and traditional waterfall) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills Ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks Experience working in a cross functional time-zone distributed team environment Excellent leadership and influencing skills Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Engineering/ Technical background Responsibilities As a Business Analyst, will be supporting multiple AppleCare systems in the service management space Collaborate with business, engineering teams and other cross functional teams to drive requirements analysis and help define and deliver end to end solutions that meets business and Apple goals. Lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and perform high level systems impact analysis for new business initiatives Perform Requirement/ Functional Detailed analysis & document specifications Ensure proper requirement traceability and delivery during development and Integration Testing Provide solution hand-off and training for the new features to Operations and Production Support teams.
