Job Description

Carry out various day-to-day GA focused on creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for the Plano office and companydistribution centers, working closely with regional GA PIC’s in the NA region

  • Check policy operation related to general affairs/safety (business trip, management support, working environment, safety, health) and derive new policies.
  • Check whether general affairs/safety policies are operated according to standards and lead enhancements.
  • Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
  • Provide support for onboarding and termination processes
  • Check individual OA, equipment and other asset management.
  • Enforce corporate standards and manage official document operation standards.
  • Plan/Operate corporate events and executive direct requests.
  • Inspects the facility (office/distribution center) to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
  • Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
  • Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed

Qualifications

Ideal candidate is someone who has had 3-4 years of experience related to office administration (not particular experience required here).

  • Associate’s Degree or higher required
  • 3+ years progressive experience relating to office administration/facility management
  • Must have strong sense of urgency to recognize situations where immediate resolution is needed.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
