It is a great fit for technicians who enjoy a fast-paced environment, a clear workflow, and the satisfaction of getting vehicles safely back on the road.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform multi-point mechanical inspections on incoming pre-owned vehicles.Complete light mechanical repairs such as brakes, batteries, filters, bulbs, hoses, fluids, belts, and similar items.Identify safety or drivability concerns and escalate items that require higher-level diagnosis or repair.Document all work performed and parts used with accuracy and attention to detail.Meet reconditioning cycle time goals to ensure vehicles are ready for retail in a timely manner.Safely move vehicles throughout service, reconditioning, and retail-ready areas.Partner with service managers, advisors, and parts personnel to keep the recon process moving efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area.
