Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable and dedicated General Contractors with experience in flooring, tiling, and painting. Experience in plumbing and electrical work is a plus. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to proper building practices.

Responsibilities:

- Perform flooring and tiling installation and repairs.

- Conduct interior and exterior painting tasks.

- Assist with plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

- Use and maintain tools and equipment properly.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in flooring, tiling, and painting.

- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical work.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and workmanship.

- Must speak English.

- Reliable transportation.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Punctuality and reliability.

- Willingness to adhere to safety and environmental standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- OSHA certification.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
