General Dentist

Do you want to work in a beautiful office with nice people who are well trained, and patients who are in severe need of dental care and actually want to get treatment done, while you are paid high “out of network” fees? We are a busy, non-corporate family owned dental group with a wonderful team and welcomes talented general dentists or specialists to contact us regarding the various opportunities to join our growing office located in the SE corner of San Antonio, Brooks City Base area.

We have flexible schedules that could include moonlighting for a specialty resident or military dentist, as well as a 3-5 day a week position for an easy going, career minded, productive, well communicating, general dentist who is looking for a long term position in a friendly, organized setting.

Our office is unique in that our patient base requires extensive dental care and enjoys the private practice experience we provide. Since we are not in network of any PPO, HMO or Medicaid, the compensation per procedure is much higher than most high volume offices. As a private office, our overhead is also much higher but we are still able to offer 25-30% adjusted production commission paid bi weekly depending on experience and skills. Our goal is to reopen 7 days per week, so the schedule offered can be negotiated and flexible.

Dentrix software is used and we perform full series of x-rays on every new patient so that we are able to perform complete care including root canal therapy, extractions, and have good equipment for bread-and-butter general dentistry. We do not currently use scanners or lasers but may invest in some high-tech equipment in the future. An implant kit is available for those who are interested and we refer out for imaging.
