Proficient in all Microsoft Office products and web-based business applications Organization establishment and sustenance skills Have cross functional capability Able to exercise D&I and build dynamic organization Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting. Travel: This position requires up to 30% travel. Some of the travels are international. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business-related field At least 7 years of management experience in business operations or business development At least 5+ years direct supervisory experiences Familiarity with all areas of business including but not limited to accounting, operations, sales, human resources, and engineering MBA is a plus.
