Here are the job details Position: Genesys Cloud Developer / Genesys WFM Developer Location: Dallas, TX (Initially Remote, Later Onsite) Duration: Long Term Required Skills: Callflows, WEM and all administration Reports, Call Flow Developer, Call recording skill sets (any). Other skills - developer skills - Java, JSP, cloud architect AWS Cloud, Google Cloud working knowledge Responsibilities: The resource on this profile would be responsible for maintaining anything that's cloned on Genesys Cloud Infrastructure - includes and not limited to - Call flows - add/create/update Support IVR and Routing call flows under genesys cloud for clients. Scheduling and administration of call center agents - help WFM admins with their tasks when required for questions and bulk loads Support end to end product validation during testing cycles of various organizations defined Provide automation where required and provide health check procedures for Genesys Cloud interacting interfaces Support and maintain all specific configurations under the Genesys Cloud Umbrella.
