If you are interested please send your resume to Ivy Lamb at Lead AnalystKey AccountabilitiesLead development and execution of acquisition & retention campaign list pulls with minimal supervision.Pro-actively participate in campaign development by utilizing experimental design / test cell design techniques to evaluate various marketing channel strategies, incentives, and price points.Establish and maintain Campaign management methodologies to ensure on-going integration of processesPerform comprehensive campaign performance evaluations, including profiling responders & non-responders, calculating channel effectiveness, determining overall campaign profitability, etc.Responsible for ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements (Do Not Solicit/Call, etc.) relating to campaigns are incorporated into all activities regarding campaign development.Build campaigns within SAP, Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms.Actively work with various internal/external teams by providing data expertise, offering original perspectives, and challenging conventional views to better align decision making/perceptions with changing business needsKey MetricsProduction of Marketing lead lists and system interface files using SAS/SQL and other database tools and technologies with no errors.Understand data structures and be proficient at sourcing data from multiple sources and merging these data into lead lists.Analyze leads via waterfall reports to provide targeting and segmentation insights. Ensure campaigns are compliant and accurate. Channels include Direct Mail, Telemarketing, Online, Email and D2D.Correctly builds campaigns within SAP, Salesforce and/or other CRM systems.Education, Skills and Experience Requirements3-5 years relevant work-related experience (database marketing, decision analytics, computer science, statistics, reporting etc.) or BS/MS degree in quantitative fieldProficient in SQL / SAS / Oracle (PC & Unix), Enterprise GuideSkilled with retrieving and manipulating large data sets from relational databasesExcellent Project Management skillsSkill in developing process flows
