- Conduct geotechnical investigations and provide recommendations for foundation design, slope stability, and earthwork construction.
- Prepare geotechnical reports and construction recommendations based on field observations, laboratory testing, and engineering analysis.
- Provide technical support to project managers, construction teams, and clients on geotechnical issues.
- Perform field work, including drilling, sampling, and testing of soil and rock materials.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors and laboratory testing services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical presentations to clients.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of ASTM D698, geology, drilling, and ER 1110-1-1807.
- Experience in geotechnical field investigations, laboratory testing, and engineering analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
