GIDA manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. GIAM works in partnership with other units within Global Information Security to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues.The Global ID Access Management (GIAM) Intermediate Analyst is a position responsible for assisting in efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.Responsibilities:Support all related tasks to help build/maintain "best in class" status for processes and activities within the organizationWorking in partnership with Global Service Delivery Managers / Operation Teams in Support of Database/CyberArk Infra systemsMonitor and maintain daily BAU VolumeEnsure a positive client experience, understanding the client perspective and supporting their needsComplete all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current Job Description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional headInitiate and assist with process changes and suggestions based on Lean methodologyInterpret, develop, and implement the principles of Information Security concepts and policies into day-to-day workDevelop and maintain an understanding of Citi, and the vision, strategy and goals of Citi’s Information Security and Technology teamUnderstand and assist in creating goals for projects and initiatives, constructively participate in end-to-end projectsUnderstand and promote change theory/ change initiativesIdentifying improvement opportunities and additional functions to bring into CISOMonitor delivery of services and ensure alignment with client agreements and requirementsQualifications/Knowledge/Experience :Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of relevant experience either in an Information Security Administration environment or related field with customer service in a similar environment3+ years of relevant Database/CyberArk experience in platforms such as MSSQL, ORACLE, and SYBASEKnowledge of Teradata / Netezza / Mongo / Sybaseiq / db2 / PostgreSQL and/or Snowflake Database/CyberArk is a plusKnowledge of Unix and Mainframe is a plusConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationKnowledge of Risk and Control in an operational environmentGood understanding of the overall Citi and its business’ requirements.Good understanding of the Information Security requirements.Experience managing client relations.Ability to communicate enhancement and changes to processes/platforms with partners in IT and work to drive change.Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level.
