Groundkeeper

Summer Place Apartments is seeking a Groundskeeper/landscaping tech.

You must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions. You will be doing heavy lifting and standing on your feet for a several hours. You must know how to operate heavy equipment as well as riding mowers, edgers, weed-eaters, blowers etc. This job requires you to work well with maintenance and help them out as needed.

You will : Mow, weed eat, trim shrubs, trim some branches, pick up trash, repair some fence pickets, spraying chemicals for weeds and other things that may come up.

This is a full time job 40 hrs a week, with paid time off and vacation time.

You must have a valid drivers license, U.S Citizen, reliable transportation, criminal history will be conducted. If you are willing to work hard and can work with others well please apply at 2702 Frankford Ave.
