Guest Relations Attendant – Surgery Full Time DaysWe’re looking for a qualified Guest Relations Attendant like you to join our Texas Health family.Work location: Texas Health Rockwall, 3150 Horizon Road, Rockwall, TX 75032Work hours: Full Time, 40 hours weekly, day scheduleHere’s What You Need: · High School Diploma or Equivalent is required · 1 year of customer service experience required · Excellent customer service phone skills preferred · Medical terminology knowledge preferredWhat You Will Do:Answer incoming telephone calls for patient information and provide walk-up guest with needed patient information.Provides visitors with patient information and appropriate directions. Requires ability to communicate through listening and verbal skills. May require walking visitors to areas to hospital. Requires knowledge of facility. Increased customer satisfactionCommunicate information and maintain positive relationship with volunteers and staff.
