Handy Man needed

PART TIME handyman needed for real estate firm. Must be clean, have experience, tools and transportation.

Will be involved in small jobs such as replacing broken windows, some painting, replace door locks, repair leaky roof, install garbage disposal unit, unclog sewage lines, fix electrical plugs, change toilets, repair wooden fence, cut down tree, repair sidings and other minor jobs. We pay by the job done.
