We are looking to hire a worker with knowledge of maintenance work for our complex. Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. Two years minimum required. Ability to climb, stoop, lift and carry needed. Self-motivated and English speaking required. Use of own vehicle is required along with a valid TX driver's license. Car allowance for business use provided.
Job is Monday through Friday - 35 hours per week - Pay $22./hr
