Job Description

As Head of Consumer Lending Product Team at IFI, you will leverage your consumer lending experience, as well as your analytical and technical skills to drive growth and innovation around the consumer lending industry. Guided by data analytics and your background, in either product development or revenue management/pricing in the consumer lending space, you will collaborate with internal and external parties to develop industry-leading analytical solutions, generate reporting insights, and support new and existing client relationships through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

· Execution of a product vision and roadmap across all consumer lending segments leveraging existing data assets and identification of additional client and market data assets

· Leveraging practitioner expertise to conceptualize and deliver strategic, higher value solutions

· Establishment and growth of consortiums within consumer lending (Auto and Unsecured consortiums to critical mass)

· Establishment as a thought leader and vertical market expert within the consumer lending space (senior executive client engagement; industry association leadership and speaking roles)

· Participation in the Sales and Account Management cycle to close new business and maximize retention rates

· Efficiency of the ingestion and delivery of consumer lending solutions

· Driving the team towards true strategic engagement with our clients

· A persistent sense of urgency to truly innovate daily and the ability to instill that within the team

· Development of market expertise within our Market Analyst group

· Vertical Segment Margin (as much as possible; revenue less direct cost to ingest and deliver might be the starting point)

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in Financial Services and/or degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Math or Statistics
  • Experience in business and data analysis in a corporate setting
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Expert knowledge with Excel, SQL, SAS, or other Business Intelligence Software
  • 10+ years of consumer lending industry experience in originations, preferably in product development or strategy
