Support the maintenance of accurate / current upgrade / new project, opportunity and transactional outage information within the NEX systems
Drive discovery session data to achieve winning solutions for our customers
Develop long term, strategic plans with the region's customer to drive penetration and growth
Continuously monitor and drive the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities
Own a coordinated ‘one face to the customer’ across the products, and develop and own account plans
Drive orders, sales, cash and contribution margin (CM) growth
Provide leadership through the formulation and execution of proposal strategies that capitalize on GE VERNOVA 's competitive strengths to serve the customer's needs while meeting our NAM POWER business goals
Create proposals for transactional outage opportunities with nominal values using quick quotes, templates, and Microsoft Word
Interface and Lead deal strategy development and reviews as necessary with Sales Commercial Operations, Customer Service Leaders (CSL), Customer Fulfillment Managers (CFM) and other functional groups as required as part of an integrated Customer Team to grow our NAM business segment with customers in assigned sub region such as Global Operations, and other functional groups as required
Drive a sales pipeline on complex, multi-offering transactions that may include Parts, Repairs, Outage Services, Performance Upgrades, inclusive of Digital Solutions, and long-term Service Agreements (SA)
Coordinate with Repair Sales Managers, Parts Sales Managers, NAM POWER Sales Managers, CSL/CFM, and engineering to enhance outage planning process, thus expanding outage scopes
Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer strategy / profile / requirements, including outage schedules and competitor actions and use market knowledge to drive sales opportunities with customers
Provide demand forecasting and pacing support to Sales Operations
Work with Marketing and Product Line to develop new products and services for business growth
What you'll bring (basic Qualifications/Requirements)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience within the Power Generation industry with Marketing, Sales, Project Management or Customer Service

Ability to work across functions independently and be a self-starter driver developing relationships at the C-suite of internal / external customer
Strong interpersonal with commercial leadership skills
Strong oral and written presentation skills business acumen / analytic ability to manage and influence in a matrix environment
Knowledge of gas turbine auxiliary systems
Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong account management skills, including developing relationships at the C-suite
Long-term business mindset with Financial, analytical skills, and strategic planning capabilities
