Job Title: Quality Improvement SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling provider offices to request and validate facility and provider addresses, as well as collecting medical records for the HEDIS project. This role involves data entry, uploading records, and documenting all outreach efforts. The candidate must be proficient in running reports and working with MS Excel.Responsibilities

Call provider offices to request and validate facility and provider addresses.

Collect medical records for the HEDIS project.

Enter change of addresses into the system.

Upload records upon receipt.

Document all outreach efforts.

Run reports and work with MS Excel.

Essential Skills

2 years of HEDIS work or medical record review experience.

Experience in data abstraction.

Proficiency with MS Excel.

General computer proficiency.

Must be located in Texas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of medical terminology.

Experience in healthcare support and customer service.

Ability to perform audits.

Work EnvironmentThis position is fully remote, and candidates must have a strong internet connection. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The dress code is business casual.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
