Title: Help Desk Analyst

Direct Hire Position, North Dallas – Hybrid position (approximately 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Will be responsible for providing technical support (onsite and remote) troubleshooting IT issues such as Windows OS, MS Office, connectivity issues, AD, hardware/software issues, mobile devices, network support, etc. Will also monitor and administer necessary security updates, assist with IT onboarding for new hires, offer network support, and suggest possible improvements to procedures.

Required Skills:-3+ years Help Desk experience-Desktop Support-Solid experience with Windows 10 Operating Systems-Solid experience support MS Office-Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD-Experience troubleshooting connectivity and network issues-Some knowledge of PowerShell scripting-Familiarity with office automation, databases, etc.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; great customer service attitude-Some occasional travel required to remote offices in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Montana, and North Dakota)

Education:-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred
