LOCATION: LEWISVILLE, TX

DURATION: 6 MONTH CTH

RATE: $24-$29/HR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Job Requirements

(4+ years experience)

Leading IT team ticket resolution
Proactive escalation point of contact
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Knowledgeable in IT Service methodologies (ITIL, ITSM, SIAM, etc)
Microsoft Office365 administration and support
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
Diagnosing system errors and other issues
College level coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology or strongly related major
Knowledge of Active Directory administration and support
Support of desktop and laptop Computers
Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
Installing or changing software to fix issues
Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
Support of desktop and laptop Computers
Printer installation and repair
Support of computer hardware issues for 100+ computers
Desktop Support/Technical Support/Help Desk responsibilities
Remote desktop support
Experience installing and troubleshooting software (i.e., Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office suite)
Working knowledge of WDS for Imaging systems

Pluses experience:

Technical certifications: A+, ITIL, ITSM, etc.
Nutanix hardware
IT Security audits
College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or strongly related field
Documenting IT issues in ticket tracking system (Samanage / SolarWinds Service Desk)
