- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledgeable in IT Service methodologies (ITIL, ITSM, SIAM, etc)
- Microsoft Office365 administration and support
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
- Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
- Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues
- College level coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology or strongly related major
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration and support
- Support of desktop and laptop Computers
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
- Installing or changing software to fix issues
- Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
- Support of desktop and laptop Computers
- Printer installation and repair
- Support of computer hardware issues for 100+ computers
- Desktop Support/Technical Support/Help Desk responsibilities
- Remote desktop support
- Experience installing and troubleshooting software (i.e., Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office suite)
- Working knowledge of WDS for Imaging systems
- Technical certifications: A+, ITIL, ITSM, etc.
- Nutanix hardware
- IT Security audits
- College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or strongly related field
- Documenting IT issues in ticket tracking system (Samanage / SolarWinds Service Desk)
- Microsoft Office365 administration and support
- Desktop Support/Technical Support/Help Desk responsibilities
