Position: Assistant Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, including AC units and heaters

-Assist the Maintenance Manager with work orders and team efforts

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and property

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- HVAC certification

- Proven experience in repairing AC units and heaters

- Strong troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
