Hiring Cooks for Restaurant and/or Food Truck

Restaurant Shifts (840 W Whitestone Blvd, Austin, TX 78613):

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

4:00 PM – Midnight

Food Truck Shifts (5004 Hamilton Rd, Austin, TX 78759):

6:00 PM - Midnight

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards

- Ensure proper portioning, plating, and quality control for every order

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep areas, and equipment

- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

- Restock and rotate ingredients (FIFO method)

- Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service

- Cross-training available for Barista

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and location
