Hiring local night time driver

Owner operator looking to hire a night time driver to haul crude oil and condensate. 1099 job , paid every two weeks . Training pay of $200 a day and $2,000 bonus after 6 months . Pay is load and mile pay . After a year there is a pay raise . Home every day . Great equipment and lots of loads . I am not interested in tire kickers and those that can’t hold a job for more than a year . Laid back and easy going job . I do not offer housing at this time . Looking to get the right fit . Sunday and Monday nights off
