Hiring Someone With Legal or Law Experience or Background

I am hiring a person that has legal or law experience or background.

I prefer this person with legal or law experience or background to have legal or law experience or background in driver licenses and in Texas car title work.

Here is why! I have a friend he knows many people that want international driver license he wants me to help these people get these driver licenses I need someone with legal or law experience or background to help me process these international driver licenses for these people as I have no legal or law background or experience.

I am also interested in opening a car title service business for my friend in Dallas. I applied for my friends company to be a licensed car title service business in Dallas County but we never received any mail or correspondence from Dallas County. We went multiple times in person to the Dallas County office that handles car title service businesses and was told to wait for our response. I eventually gave up.

I have many more drivers license and Texas car title legal tasks than I listed above that I need someone with legal or law experience or background to help me with.
