Hiring – Dealer Operations & Sales Manager (Buy Here Pay Here, Houston

We are a small Buy Here Pay Here dealer in Houston (90 accounts, 12 units/month). Looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Operations & Sales Manager with solid experience in used car sales and dealer operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sell a minimum of 7 cars per month (BHPH, in-house financing, bad credit approvals).

Order and manage parts for inventory and customer repairs.

Plan and supervise mechanical/recon work for retail-ready cars.

Coordinate daily shop flow and unit deliveries.

Oversee day-to-day dealer operations with focus on results and growth.

Requirements

Bilingual (English & Spanish) — must.

Proven track record in auto sales and dealer operations (BHPH preferred).

Reliable, organized, and sales-driven.

Strong references required (we will check).

Compensation

Base salary: $30,000/year

Bonuses + commissions per unit sold (earning potential $54,000–$60,000/year with performance).
