- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.

- Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes in health status to the office.

- Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and dietary needs while considering any special requirements.

- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience in home health care or assisted living environments is preferred.

- Ability to observe patients attentively and report changes in condition accurately.

- Certification in CPR is required; additional certifications related to caregiving are a plus.

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or long-term care experience is highly valued.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a care team.

- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others maintain their dignity and independence.
